According to the newly revised code for customs declaration of customs import and export goods of People's Republic of China customs (the Customs General Administration's bulletin [2018] No. 60), our department has formulated an electronic declaration form for declaration of import and export goods, and the relevant information can be downloaded on the bulletin board of the Customs General Administration's portal. The enterprise uses the data exchange method to declare to the customs, generates electronic data message according to the format of this message, and the joint adjustment test and access work will be handled according to the Customs General Administration's bulletin [2016] No. 16 and the General Administration of Customs announcement [2017] 20.

This bulletin is carried out since August 1, 2018.
